Converting Files to PDF

A PDF is a universal file format that is readable and printable from any computer and transferable across computer platforms. PDF files are compact and can be shared, viewed and printed exactly as intended by anyone with the free Acrobat Reader software. A PDF file can be published and distributed in print, attached to an email, uploaded on corporate servers, saved to a CD-ROM and posted on Web sites.

WebNative Interface

You can send us files using our WebNative interface so you can access from any web browser.

From your browser, go to http://webnative.spanglergraphics.com

It will ask for a name and password.

Name: flashguest
Password: flash

Click "browse" and "upload files." At this point, it may ask for your name and password again. Use the same name and password. Some customers don't have the proper plugins for their browser, or their company firewalls prevent logging in this way. If this login gives you any errors, please read the alternative method for logging in below.

Assuming you were able to login successfully:

You should now see two boxes in your browser window. On the left is your local drive, and on the right is the Spangler server. Select and add the files and/or folders you wish to upload (folders are indicated with [ ] around them). Once you have all of the files added you wish to copy, select upload and the file transfer will commence. You will see a status indicator gauge which will tell you when the upload is complete.

If the "flashguest" login gives you an error, you will need to login as a different user.

Name: guest
Password: guest

Click "browse" and "upload files." With this login, you only have the option of uploading single files rather than entire folders. If you have multiple files to send, you will either need to send them all individually, or you can "stuff" your files into one compressed file and send it. Select the file you wish to upload by selecting "Browse..." and find the file you wish to send, then hit "upload." You won't get a progress gauge, but it will let you know when the transfer is complete.
